Launched at Dubai Cityscape 2015, the initial 1.2 sq. km. mixed-use village development will be followed by subsequent villages, seamlessly integrated into a flagship “life solutions” destination served by what is planned to be the world’s busiest airport and integrated logistics hub.    Livability, jobs, opportunity and focus on education, health and achievement will elevate the Villages as a benchmark for global large-scale development.

With a total land area of 3.5 million sqm. located in the southeast development corridor of Rio de Janeiro, Rio Smart City will support the development of new technologies in Brazil by offering cutting edge facilities and related services in a vibrant environment where quality of life and safety are predominant.   The mixed–use project will include 2 main anchor components: a technology park – aimed at attracting and boosting high tech industries, including nanotechnologies, bio tech, telecommunications, electronics, etc. – and a business park targeting HQs of multinational companies seeking a premium location and facilities.
