Unlike Project Management (PM), which deals exclusively with the implementation of a development program once designed, DM entails a comprehensive product development and integration approach. On behalf of our client, and fully integrated with their appointed team, KAIZEN defines and articulates the project as both a development product and an investment product, with pre-determined exit strategies and IRR targets. The DM team manages and integrates the myriad of service providers and consultants to ensure that the legal, technical, financial and operational inputs are merged into a defined outcome.
DM provides considerable savings in time and money, allowing our clients to focus on their core business. The careful stewardship of the entire development process from opportunity identification to asset management and exit is the sole objective of the KAIZEN DM team.
Unlike consultants that are remunerated per assignment or some providers that are paid according to total construction cost, and are therefore not incentivized to save costs, the KAIZEN DM approach vests responsibility with a true partner that unifies the process toward the IRR/yield targets established by our clients.
